So I'm starting to get to grips with my health anxiety and depression, understanding that it can have an impact physically creating symptoms, but everytime I feel I'm making progress in my mind I wake up the next day feeling tired, aching feeling physically ill again. I try not to acknowledge it but sometimes it puts me back in my low mood , is there any point in trying to be positive if the physical problems don't go, or will they go with time?
