hormone problems after hysterectomy

i just wondered if any yu girls (who have actally had an hyst) have had any hrt problems , i am on hrt due to havin full hyst plus ovaries cervix removed in march, since op have been havin panic attacks , cant swallow , nervie, and body gone to pot, i realy feel old since op not my bubbly self atall , please help cant carry on like this shellxx:unsure:

How old are you? I had a complete hyst. 13yrs ago, and went on hrt, are you on tabs or patches, patches worked best for me.I had a panic attack day after coming out of hospital ( had to call gp out in middle of night!)
Its a big operation and it takes at least 6 months to get over and your hormones are all over the place.I didnt stay on hrt for long, I felt better with out it but if you are younger than 45 your probably better staying on it.
Have you had a word with your gp? go and see him or her and explain how you feel.
