hi all

been gettin much better with my PA's despite everything else falling down around me, but have had a lot of general anxiety especially over the last week or so....ive also noticed lots of muscle spasms/body shocks mainly when im tryin to sleep which means i dont sleep well and feel bad next day as well

i know this is one of many panic symptoms but its gettin to the stage (like just now) when i get convinced that im about to have a heart attack or something

got rescue remedy which doesnt really help and im on citalopram 10mg - anyone got any advice on meds/techniques etc

thank you
darren :(

Well done for doing much better recently, thats good news to hear.

The spasms/body shocks are fairly normal with muscles that are constantly tensed and need at night to relax and regenerate.
