Getting fed up with myself now. Have just taken cough medicine but as no medicine spoons in the house, just used a teaspoon - however on the side of caution only took a tiny drop, just enough to taste it, probably not 5ml let alone the recommended 10. But my mind keeps telling me I've somehow overdosed, even when I know I haven't.. :( it's so annoying this anxiety, how do you shut the thoughts off long enough to relax :wacko:

You already know that tiny drop was not much. Yet I understand you needing reassurance. I just post for a hug myself.
Do you have any measuring spoons for cooking and baking. I have used those at times. Try dropping in that what you just took and see what amount it really is.

I wish lol, I was stumbling around last night in a feverish state looking for one lol, couldnt find one anywhere - my flatmate has measring spoons but they're in fluid ounces and definitely bigger than what I need hehe! Might nip into chemist tommorow and ask for a spoon!

Just had a look at my measuring spoons for you. Stamped on the handle it says:
5ml = 1 teaspoon
Now stop worrying :winks:
