HI im aj i was diagnosed with g.a.d about 4 months ago but i know i have been suffering from it for a lot longer.i have tried to learn to cope with it and have my bad days and good days...at one time i couldnt even go out to the local shop but now i force myself to go out and do things..i even moved 200 miles from my family home to be with my g/f who also has anxiety..
