Hi im David and new to nmp ,nice to know that i am not alone with my anxiety disorderand depression and that their is help available.
i am struggling with the fear of when my last remaining son 12 emigrates to the other side of the world of which i do hope to join him however may take up to two to three years.
trying to spend as much time with him as possible ,the symptoms of sadness,fear ,anxiety have been on and off since January,but have probably been the worst today as the his departure draws nearer ,wednesday to be precise.
Anyway that's were i am at the moment.
