Just to let you know back from Crete dont now what is in diazapam but it worked wonders !! Flight not an issue without tempting fate on future trips I actually felt very very relaxed and the whole holiday was full of sunshine and happiness.
Got a theory which I am going to post on here in the next day or two.. this is from experiences over a number of years and will hopefully help ,
