Hello all! Im new here and just wanted to say hi!
I am a 20 year old college student, fairly new to panic and anxiety disorder. It runs in my mothers side of the family and I was diagnosed with it last year. I panic in crowded places, and when I do not feel well (for whatever reason). Living with this disorder is tough! I hope I can get support here! :)

Hi Sabrina

Im new to all this aswell im 23 ive had panic attacks and anxiety for 4 years. I coped pretty well until this year i got depressed and went on a downward spiral to where i am now :(

Really like this sight and find it very supportive
