What sort of shame and guilt are you talking about or just in general?

I don't know any personally as I don't have these problems but have you tried Amazon? I just typed shame and guilt into the Amazon site search and it brought up a few books on the subjects.

Good luck,

Lisa

I think the scope is a bit wide. There is shame and guilt over so many things that it would be hard to comment on a good website or read.

Try entering "shame guilt" in google and see what you get.

Claire Weekes books cover shame and guilt and how they relate to anxiety.

'Self Help for your nerves' is the one I am especially thinking of.

"Supposing a tree fell down, Pooh, when we were underneath it?" said Piglet.
"Supposing it didn't," said Pooh after careful thought.

A different light to the subject but i have just read Frank Bruno the real me and it shows that anyone can go through what we are going through and worse.
