agitated legs?

Does anyone have legs that want to move all the time. I feel like I cant sit still, this isnt the only symptom that I have right now, but it sure is irritating. also my feet tingle.

I believe this is known as restless leg syndrome.

Restless legs for sure. DO you get it day and night? Mine got worse in the late evening when I suffered in pregnancy. I felt like it was coming from my bottom and going all the way down my legs. Aggghhh, I used to jump out of bed and couldn't get comfy at all. Do you get any other symptoms like buzzing or heat as they are common as well I think.

They dont jump volunterally lol I just feel like I have to keep oving my feet. My feet tingle and are hot.:) oh dear!!!!

No sorry I didn't mean on their own. It was a feeling I get where they are like itching or crawling so much I make myself jump out of bed and shake them.
