As you can guess, I'm new here - 27yo in London, think I have general anxiety (certainly regarding health anyway) and social anxiety. I'm looking into starting therapy of some sort for a lot of it, will see how it goes. Good to find a forum of people who have similar issues, it helps to know you're not the only one :)
