I'm typing his on my iPad so bare with me concerning spelling and such....
My husband had a bad cold lasted a few days and was good. Then I got it...BAD...first it started in my ears then hit my chest. Constant coughing and clear phlegm. I went to the doc and he gave me an antibiotic and singulair. It's been a week and I'm still coughing with phlegm although not as bad. Doc gave me really good cough medicine. I still get weak and lightheaded as well as exhausted. Anyway I took my medicine and drank some diet rite soda. I got nauseous and proceeded to throw up. It was a small amount no food. What shook me up was that it was a dark brown. Naturally the panic began and I got so weak. My first thought was blood. Hubby asked me if I drank soda before hand which I did. He said it was the soda and not to freak out.
Should I have worried? Anybody else get odd colored vomit and get scared?
