Fear of being left alone?

Ive always been very independant up until reacently!
But now everytime my mum goes out (just me and her)
I get panicy, anxious and i cant relax until shes home :unsure:

Anyone else's anxiety worse when left alone? and how do you cope?

Hi monty,

i was exactly the same when i had my anxiety (i even made my dad stay home from work one day!). I used to just try and stay occupied or maybe go for a walk.

not groundbreaking advice i know but you should know this is a very normal/common fear.
