This one still seems to stump some of us.
Feeling bad in the morning & feeling progressively better as the day goes on seems to be a common pattern. Does anyone know or is willing to attempt some theories for why this might happen. (other than alcohol) :)

What is different about us morning to evening.
Energy stores, blood sugar, hydration, psychological, can it be isolated as part of depression or anxiety. Is our sleep state altered (i think i sleep well). Have meds had any effect on this.

I suppose the bottom line is why cant we wake up feeling like we did when we went to bed. Some previous threads suggest an early morning deep breathing/relaxation session may help. Am i missing something that makes this pattern totally unimportant or would a better understanding of it be of benefit.
.
Many thanks,
Simon.

Yes agree great thread as I to generally feel worse in the morning till I have my breakfast and shout at the children a couple times:D. With me tends to be more in the winter with the dark mornings – I really hate getting up when its dark(ish), must say I also like my bed, hot water bottle good book and snuggle down - lovely:yesyes:
