I'm a bit worried at the moment about my health in general. Im 25 years old and I'm a smoker (10-15 a day) I don't drink loads, very rarely in fact and my anxiety came back in full drive about a week ago.
My symptoms are:
diarrhea although this has gone after 2 lopromine
head aches
lack of sleep
loss of appetite (although i feel hungry, i just dont want to eat when i have food)
lump in throat (although this goes from time to time. i think its phlegm)
strained pain in the base of my neck at the back( no lumps and i mainly get this in the middle of day after coughing up phlegm)
My panic has subsided however i still feel worried. just wanna put my mind at rest :? xx
