Best medication that worked for panic disorder

I tried Lexapro, Zoloft and now I'm on Paxil 12.5 mg for the last 15 days.
Lexapro did nothing for me, Zoloft 25 mg gave me horrible side effects and Paxil increased my anxiety in the morning and when I go to sleep.
I'm wondering if anyone had any success with any antidepressants for panic disorder???

15 days isn't long enough to discount it. You're still going through the side effects. Give it at least 4-6 weeks before you give up on it.

I was given Citalopram initially, they made me worse, so I then had Propranolol which helped to calm me down. I had a racing pulse, no appetite, lack of sleep and constant fear of being ill.
The Props gave me space to learn how to look after myself better, it may be that my GP diagnosed depression before anxiety, it was definitely anxiety though, so A/Ds would not have helped much.
