Hope I've posted this in the right section.
Found a great way to take my 'mind' of things when I'm feeling naff in whatever way. It's works for me and my 'symptoms' seem to get much better.
I've borrowed a ninteno ds and 2 brain training games.
They are really adictive and if I feel wobbly or am worried about my sudden dizzy head or anything I retreat to the bedroom, get myself comfy and play all the little brain training games on it.
Because you have to concentrate to figure out the answers or join the dots etc as the times counts down it's really hard to think of anything else at the same time even your worries don't get a look in :yesyes:
And there's a relaxation game on one of them where you have to kill little germs and it's soooooo addictive.... :flowers:
