Hi everyone,

Im new to this website but just wanted to post a message of support! :)

I have suffered from panic attacks and anxiety for many years, i used to get them more than twice a week but now only a few times a year.

I still feel panicy and anxious in certain situations, when i dont feel well, when i have to fly and when i eat/drink certain foods but i no longer take meds and i feel i have come a long way from when they started :)


I just wanted to let people know that you can help yourself get better and i would really like to chat sometimes when im feeling bad or just to help :)

Hi Sunshine,

That's really nice of you. When you're feeling really bad it's hard to believe that you'll come out the other side. If you don't mind me asking, how did you get through it? What worked for you?

thank you - i had a long spell when i was lot better but unfortunately i am now back severely in its grip

I've had panic attacks on and off for several years. They are sporradic now but I used to have them every day.
