Vertigo or anxiety

hello

i keep on getting this weird sensation that is really scary......

basically i come over all funny and the back of my head feels like its spinning
and in the most serve times my vision shakes violently and i feel almost like i cant move.....i seem to get it alot when im sitting on a chair and i feel scared to sit back,also when i lay down flat in the bath

i no anxiety can make us feel dizzy but this can just happen when im
sitting and not feeling very anx

Hi i have attacks of vertigo & is worse when i lay down or move my head to either side this triggers it for me, its horrible & can be scary, hope it goes for you soon.

forgot to say dr can give med which helps if this doesnt subside.
