hi ladies when you have low bloated windy feeling with ibs or not do you sometimes feel like the trapped wind is actually in your womb and the pressure hurts to sit down

I've felt like that. I've even found it difficult to walk because of it. I also get a lot of gurgling noises in that area.

I Get really sharp pains in womb which I think are wind, hurts when I sit and also when my clothes are a little tight, very painful x
