Hello NMP community.
I'm Jo, and have been suffering with anxiety issues for the best part of a decade. Until recently, it was very much under control. This was until I took a blow to the head (stood up too quickly underneath something heavy and rigid) and gave myself concussion. Now the anxiety is back in a really serious way. Leaving the house for a walk/fresh air is a massive task and a very bizzare experience, and I have very little energy to do much around the house.
My GP has prescribed me anti-depressants (and I know that they are to treat anxiety, not depression) and this is day 2 of medication. I have found your forums today, and am finding the information around the site really useful.
I'm looking forward to being involved in the NMP community.
