I'm new to here

Hi all,
I am new to this forum so i thought i would introduce myself, i suffer with anxiety it flares up sometimes and at the moment its preety bad, somdays i am too scared to go out of the house because i feel that people are staring at me and are avoiding me.

I am currently in college and finding it quite hard as i feel people dont like me at all so it makes my anxiety worse.

I was wandering if anyone has any advice i would appriciate it :)

Hi Welshgirl,

Welcome hun. So many of us can relate to the way you are feeling. Anxiety feels so isolating sometimes, and the hardest thing is when you feel like you are alone and the only person feeling like that, but believe me, you aren't alone.

The fact you are making it to college is great and very brave despite your anxiety and fear. Please hold on to that as a big positive thing.
