hi im adam i was suffering with anxiety for a while b4 i actouly new i had it, but then it got worse and started haveing panic attacks so i went to the doctors and they said it was anxiety then got depression and takeing anti depressants since iv been takeing them iv been feeling a lot better and my anxiety is right down but still get a burst of it here and there and have it most of the day but under control so yeh thats me though id joint as i know from personal experience talking to people really helps so im here to help and get some help from other people and find out what other people do to deal with this problem =] safe:yesyes:
