Hi all
Not sure if I asked this, hope not, does anyone experience soreness in left side of chest, breast area, along with a headache that comes on from anxiety?

I've been dealing and coping quite well with anxiety, my left side of chest is sore and have an oncoming headache, never noticed "that feeling" coming on of anxiety, just those two other symptoms, I put my hand on my heart and it felt fast and harder then normal but yet never felt the feeling come on; just those to things, can they be caused by anxiety?

yes both could come on from anxiety- headache due to muscles becoming tense and increased blood flow to the brain when anxious. Also chest pain is common, sometimes due to hyperventalation or again due to muscle contraction x
