Hi all,

My wife and I are trying to have a baby, and the doc at the hospital said i should take some Wellman Tablets.

Now im the kind of guy who doesnt even take headache pills so im after advice from anyone who has taken these vitamin supplements and what effects they had on them??

The doses of vitamins are a bit high, but they do still seem to be safe to take. Has anyone had any bad reactions to them?

I think you will be fine, they're just vits and your body gets rid of what it doesn't need through your urine. By the way if your urine goes bright yellow, don't post back on here worrying as that is normal when you take a supplement. Just prewarning you so you're not alarmed if it happens :) The most important thing for me is zinc as it increased motility. So you could also try stuff like eating seeds like pumpkin and sunflower. You will only be taking them short term so you will be fine. I took supplements when I got pregnant and while I was breastfeeding.
