Heightend Anxiety but also some good news

My anxiety is through the roof today which ive put down to starting a higher dose of my meds (20mg from 10mg) so im dealing with it but if i need it ive got some diazapam handy!

But today me and my wife found out our baby is going to be a boy:yesyes:
Id like to be more happy about this but unfortunatley im on edge because of the above reason so hopefully in a couple of days i can relax and enjoy the news.

Thanks mate yeah its good news,cant help feeling anxious about having to look after a baby when he comes and feeling the way i do,lets just hope either im better or im to busy to notice my feelings:D

Congratulations! My wife is expecting our second in a month or so but I've no idea of the sex. Not bothered to be honest as long as it's healthy.
