I felt terrible this morning. Again. I wondered when things started to get a little better, whether there might be a way of poking fun at this curse, to help me realise how utterly pointless this whole health anxiety obsession is, and I thought of this joke......

don't have any jokes but Woody Allen in Hannah and her sisters is surely one of the funniest hypochondriacs in the movies (he goes for brain scan, convinces himself he as brain cancer, doesn't, and gets into all these religions)
