Rescue remedy

Does anyone use Rescue Remedy, I bought some today and havent used it yet. Is it any good?

Because I'm very critical I haven't noticed any improvement with my anxiety or depression after taking Rescue Remedies. Loads of people here swear by it so give it a try and see how you feel.

I used it mainly when driving to calm me down. It won't cure anxiety as such but helps calm you if you need it.

i use it often and its works for me i also use some of the other bach flower remidies too which are good tc

What is in it that makes it work?

Hi i see a kinesiologist and she tells me what remedies and supplements my body needs so i take the ones i need at that time and it varies, there is a bach flower remdy book you can buy which tells you more about them so i guess you could look in it and see what you think you need. tc
