Stinging headache

Since yesterday I've had a really groggy stinging headache. The kind you get when you have a bad cold. I don't have a cold or any problems with my sinuses. Its really knocked me I've felt really ill and weak todday. I get this quite alot and its usually worse during that time of the month.

I was wondering if it could be migraine? (reason I ask on here is because my GP and the others in the surgery don't entertain me, they fob me off with anxiety all the time so I don't bother anymore).

headaches are one of my main anxiety symptom, mainly because i have always been prone to headaches but i have founfd that my headaches and anxiety are both worse during my monthly lady time! ive had a headache for 3 days now, a dull one but im on my af so i know its a bit of that and a bit of the anxiety lol

it is a pain, but nothing to worry about.
