Sudden HUGE painful nodes in neck, so scared

only on the one side, near my windwipe under my chin, huge, painful. Don't seem sick.

My adrenals are also not working and waiting on more tests and my blood sugar keeps dropping

why are my glands so swollen, I"m so so scared

Stress will make your glands swell up. I have one in my groin that's forever popping up and getting sore. The GP had a look and said there's nothing to worry about.

ive currently got about 6 in my groin, they dont hurt so im worrying like mad! ive also got a big one in side of neck, and 2 on the other side. they dont hurt and i dont feel unwell. bloods are normal. does this mean its not cancer?? im so scared :(
