Tightness feeling [Archive]

Ive had this tightness feeling in my whole right side, from middle back to above the knee for months - could it just be caused by tension, possibly sciatica?

Never heard of sciatica before so can't help with that! But, I feel all tight in the left hand side of my body. The left side of my neck is rock solid compared to my right one! It goes from the left side of my neck - left side of jaw - shoulder - back - arm. Seems to stop for me at upper body though. It's cuz I always tense there to "prevent" a heart attack. =/

In short, yea sounds like tension or the way you sit/hold yourself. x
