Hi
I have had a really couple of weird days.
I have been tense and anxious, not to the point of panic attacking but just on edge.
Yesterday I felt very very weird, is the only way I can describe it.
I have had two reasonably quiet, perfect days in some ways but last night I just felt very very weird. I had a cold cutting sensation in my chest and had to take to my bed.
I am not a terribly emotional person when it comes to crying, but I did and it felt so much better and then I had a massive banging head. I am assuming this is a anxiety related??
Sorry this is a very rambling post but I am trying to make sense of it.
