Pains in left hand, shoulder and arm

For 2 days i have been getting like stiffness, cramp and shooting pains in my left arm, shoulder and some of my fingers. I also get a strange pain in the middle and lower back

Has anyone else experienced this - i have spent about 8 hours doing work on laptop while sitting on the sofa and i ate about 1 hour ago

i also keep getting numbness and pain in my left side of my face - i do need 2 fillings and have done for 4 months but again it is constant pain and appears suddenly

Could some of it be indigestion

Constipation. Causes aches and pains anywhere. Headaches, foot pain, you name it, constipation. It could aslo be you need a more supportive sofa if its sagging.

i am deffinately not constipated :winks: i have had the spanish tummy bug thing for 3 weeks if not more

Agree on possible posture though but also slight chest pain!!!!!!!

or am i being a hypochondriac
