Ive had really severe anxiety after a good holiday abroad about 3 times now but have no idea why.....i always get a little anxiety leading up to a holiday but when im away it normally dissapears completely.On return and normally about a week or 2 later i have a really bad bout of it which lasts a week or so.
Can anyone shed any light on why this happens and has anyone else had the same thing happen to them.
