It m ight seem an odd subject to post on, but since I began suffering from anxiety and all that it brings with it, I have become increasingly irritated by the amount of elastane incorporated in present day garments.

I only have to go near anything that is not 100% cotton or pure 100% wool to begin itching and scratching. I even get small electric shocks from cheap elastane-dense clothing items and my hair goes static. It has got so bad that I have to knit all my own jumpers and make the majority of my own clothes because it is almost impossible to buy any clothing that does not contain elastic fibres.

Does anyone else have this problem?

NB - Another thing- does anyone know where I can purchase NON-stretch jeans (remember the old 100% proper cotton jeans). I'm down to my last pair and can't find anything in the shops that won't make my legs start itching!!
