Hi ,I'm 23 and have bein suffering from well I don't know what's wrong with me .I had my first panic attack at16 and had them every night for two weeks got told it was stress from exams I was convinced I had heart failure ne way they stopped then a year later had one on a bus just when every thing was going well . Ever since then I can't travel far I don't like enclosed spaces dentist hairdressers etc it's ruining my life . Few months ago I went to my gp he said it was mild anxiety and another said mild claustrophobia with anxiety . Ne way ne help advice or just 1 person who has this please HELP me thank u x
