suppliments vitamins etc

hi, i m new, i have a question, can i take suppliments while on cipralex,? like magnesium calcium etc:shrug:

im on cipralex too - im sure you can take but i would ask pharmacist to be on safe side

How long have you been on cipralex? Are they helping you? My anxiety is more at bay with them , still have those bad days though, iv e been on them for 2 months now
