My heart rate increased and I felt dizzy and tasted something really horrible in my mouth and just felt really weird, also felt really cold (although took temp and its normal) - is this really just anxiety?

Does anyone else get this? I wasnt anxious before, it felt like my head was spinning and rocking back and forward. Is the sour nasty mouth taste normal?

I think I know what you mean, but the taste was the least of my worries. Has it gone now?
