is this anxiety

i suffer really bad with anxiety and panic attacks i have all the usawell symptoms but yesterday iv got stabing pain in my chest iv got a lot of acid but the pain wont go away feels like i cant breath i have taken antacid tablets its eased alittle but still panicking over it any one suffer the same plz help befour i go mad xxxxxxxx

If antacids helped a little im guessing thats what it is. try not to worry. chest pains are quite common with anxiety. i sometimes have chest pains but ive noticed i get them if i sleep on my front. plus i get heartburn which makes my chest hurt sometimes.

take some painkillers, have a nice relaxing bath then drink some milk. that should help in no time. above all, try not to panic because you will make it worse without meaning to. x

I've been getting shortness of breath with what I think is acid too.
