hi im new on here

my name is robert and i suffer from panic attacks and anxiety.had panic attacks for 5 years on and off but 3monthes ago they come back with a vengence and made day to day life a living hell had to increace my meds to a higher dose .been looking through things on this forum for a while now and found many helpful tips on helping me deal with my problem .its nice to know im not alone.
