I know many of you on here are struggling with the benefit system and ATOS like myself and whilst its a bit of a nightmare I had to giggle today.
My partner went into the Atos office to drop off another letter from my GP - if only the left hand new what the right hand was doing!!!
Anyway my local Atos office is on the 2nd floor of an old building in a horride little side street in town. The floor below it has one of the criminal courts working out of it. The place scares the life out of me and that is just getting to the front door - haven't been able to go further than that.
My partner handed my letter into the Receptionist as you can imagine he was huffing and puffing after two long flights of stairs.
He made a comment to the receptionist along the lines of "it's a long way up here to find you"
The Receptionist answered " aye, anyone who is fit enough to get up those stairs is fit enough to work!!!!!" mmmmm kind of says it all really doesn't it!!!!!!!!
