Help
have one side breast pain and itch waiting for ref to clinic-taking ages-now poked about and on same side can feel a node-lymph? is it normal-anyone else feel a pea size thing on one side and not the other?
had panic attacks for years and this is making me far worse

hello,
i have the same things, not the lymph node on the breast but the pains, it turns out was just anxiety pains from panic attacks.
i have lymph nodes on my neck, and apparentley if you poke the area you're checking for nodes for you can make them swell up and the nodes that ARE swollen will take longer to go back down, so if you can try not to poke, you'll cause more to swell up :) if it moves around, doesn't feel firm, isn't growing and doesn't hurt you should be okay, talk to your doctor about your panic attacks when you go to the clinic too
