Even Worse

Hi everyone,
Couple days ago I had another brief attack, anyone else agree that what's even worse is now dealing with the weirdness when you first get up in the morning (generally goes away after a bit) and the what ifs again, especially just when you thought all that was done cause you've been attack/ feeling free for awhile.

Or am I the only one lol

No, you're not the only one. I'm pretty good at the moment too, but early morning is still a bit dicy, I know that I will be OK by the time I get to work, so I just plug through it.
