So since upping my sertraline from 50 to 100mg I've had constant, moderate diarrhoea. Livable, but unpleasant. Coupled with a crampy stomach, loss of appetite, weakness, fatigue and as my body has become more worn out from it, pain when I go to the toilet due to minor internal tearing.
Today when I went to the loo there was a little bit of fresh blood on the tissue from wiping front area only. Now, it could be from the tearing, but could sertraline cause blood in the urine? Or could dehydration from the diarrhoea cause kidney issues? I'm going to keep an eye on it since this is the first time I've observed this, and if it persists will see my doc, but just wanted to check if anyone else has been going through this.
