I've got an Amazon voucher so thought i'd use it to buy a self help book for anxiety -anything you would recommend? there seem to be so many just so confused!

Paul Mckenna - His books plus cd included are so good, in my opinion, other than that then Claire Weeks.
Melancholia - Just read your post - He is good isnt he?

Paul McKenna is one of the best. I would highly recommend his work - although that's not to say he's a miracle worker lol

Cecila Ahern ....she has a magic touch for keeping you turning those pages...otherwise what bout a subject that you really are interested in just take the chance and see how it goes...

I've got the Paul Mckenna. 'I can make u thin' book and cd...I'm still fat lol..His voice annoys me which isnt good for a relaxing cd!

Evolving Self Confidence -How to become free from anxiety disorders and depression by Terry Dixon is very good.

He looks at how these problems develop and are maintained and then how to get through them. I really recommend it and know several people who have felt it has really helped them.
