Stomach bug ????

I've had really bad watery diahorrea for four days now and im beginning to panic.
Is this a long time for a stomach bug. please advise as im beginning to panic and to think that its more than a stomach bug!

It could be a stomach bug or mild food poisoning or something you have eaten that has upset things.
