Something a little different here.......has anyone else noticed that there spelling and grammar have deteriorated during bad bouts of panic/anxiety.
Im normally very good at spelling but find myself constantly misspelling words and completely missing words out......i am now double checking everything i write before i hit the "post" button.!!!
