Well since i started my medication ive had hardly any sleep because i always feel anxious and shakey in the nights so i tried sleeping tablets but i didnt like the drowsieness the next day so i decided to try a natural remedie so today i bought some valerina which the pharmacist said was really good and effective and i was just wondering if anyone has tried these before and are they any good it says to take 4 before bed and its supposed to relax your muscles and help you sleep

I take 3 a night and they make me dream but seem to help me sleep. It is spelt valerian if you want to search for it on the net.

They're good for sleep aid , the valerian tincture by Bioforce is quicker acting . I used to use it when really shaky and panicky in the day - 5 drops I think .
