starnge head can anyone help

Hoping someone can help reasssure me please,
im suffer with this weird head sensation like an tired feeling my eyes are sore and i feel like my body wont dont anything i want it to do.
i have afear of dying and while i know that im not im also scared i am
can anyone relate o me x

i get this especially if im focusing on the sensation then it just gets worse the more anxious i get the worse i feel

yeah but i find it hard to divert my thinking from that its bothering me so much and i no that theres no logical reason has to why it would mean im dying but i still cant get rid of it GOD DAM I HATE ANXIETY

so do i it rules our lives in a way i have ibs and went to a party last night and drunk far to much and today my ibs pain is bad and its making me think ive got bowel disease or something its HORRIBLE HEALTH ANXIETY isnt it

yep and besides this site the hardest thing for me is finding some1 around me that actually understands how fightening it is
