I am going on a 14 hour flight next December. Even though it is 9 months away I am getting really anxious already and loosing sleep over it.

I suffer from panic attacks and claustrophobia and flying is probably the worst possible situation for me.

Any help would be much appreciated x

I too suffer from this. I am getting help for it right now. My doctor was taken aback by how bad this is for me. It's a terrible phobia because it brings on panic attacks, depression...etc. I am doing hypnotherapy right now and also going for CBT soon. Please let me know how things are going.

Take Care,
Tina

Thanks for your message. I have some time to work on my problem before I fly. Has anyone tried NLP ? How do I choose a properly qualified person ?

I did hypnotherapy to get me back on a plane and it did work and I did go on a flight.
